Welcome to DIY MAX. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Pro’s Bid and Escrow Feature
  • Bidding: Pro users may submit bids for projects posted by homeowners. All bids are binding and must be honored if accepted.
  • Escrow: Once a bid is accepted, funds will be held in escrow by Dataminds Consulting LLC dba DIY MAX until the project is completed to the satisfaction of both parties. Both parties must agree to release the funds from escrow.
  • Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Dataminds Consulting LLC dba DIY MAX will facilitate communication between both parties to reach a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, Dataminds Consulting LLC dba DIY MAX reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the release of escrow funds.
  1. Payments and Fees
  • All payments processed through DIY MAX are subject to a service fee. Fees are clearly stated at the point of transaction.
  • You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the services.
  1. Content and Conduct
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share on DIY MAX. Content must not violate any laws, infringe on any third-party rights, or contain objectionable material.
  • Dataminds Consulting LLC dba DIY MAX reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
  1. Termination
  • We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use DIY MAX will immediately cease.

  • DIY MAX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service.

    DIY Max uses Pinterest’s API to provide personalized DIY project recommendations. By connecting their Pinterest account, users agree to the following:
  • DIY Max will access Pinterest data only with user authorization via Pinterest’s API access tokens.
  • No data accessed from Pinterest will be stored or cached by DIY Max, except as required to provide services in real-time, in accordance with Pinterest’s API Terms of Service.
  • All Pinterest content displayed within DIY Max will link back to its original source on Pinterest.
  • Users are responsible for any actions taken on Pinterest, and DIY Max will not perform automated actions (such as pinning or following) on a user’s behalf without their explicit authorization.
  1. User Consent and Data Usage
    By using the DIY Max service, users consent to the collection and use of their data as described in the Privacy Policy. Users can revoke Pinterest access at any time through the DIY Max platform, after which no further interactions will be made with their Pinterest account.
